Appointment Information

When attending your appointments we ask that you bring the following:

• Referral from your local doctor or specialist
• X-rays or other imaging you may have (hard copy )
• Medicare card
• Private health insurance  details
• Pension / health care card / D.V.A. card
• Workcover or TAC claim number

Fee Structure

Our fees are based on the schedule of fees as recommended by the AMA (Australian Medical Association)

Payment is expected on the day of your consultation

If you are to be scheduled for surgery you will receive an informed financial consent, which will outline the costs
